Carly Bischoff - What it means to 'show up and do the work'

Episode 30

Send us a text

In Episode 30 of #GetJasched, I get to speak with Carly Bischoff, paramedic, counselling student, and constant student of life.

In this conversation, Carly shares her own experiences in her mental health journey and what that means for her now as she uses every opportunity she can as a growth and learning opportunity. 'Doing the work' is a phrase that is used a lot in the wellbeing space (myself included) and through Carly's sharing, this episode really gives an example of what that means - especially when it comes to privilege, marginalised communities, empathy for others, how mental health issues can show up differently for different people, and conscious parenting.
