We’re kicking off the entire strategic planning process with the Year In Review. Before we dive into goal setting for 2021, it’s important to look back on the lessons we learned in 2020. What’s working and what’s not working?
We’ll be going through 2020 month by month asking these 3 questions:
- Total revenue - How much money came in?
- What drove revenue?
- What was your focus?
Then we’ll ask ourselves the following key questions:
- What worked this year?
- What didn’t work this year?
- What held you back this year?
