At an early age, Kristin Intress witnessed the dangers of inept leadership. She gravitated towards positions of power and was determined to learn the secrets of being an effective leader. Kristinβs journey led her from the Army, the Hollywood, to boardrooms all over the world. Her tenacity and passion for taking care of others finally led her to becoming an entrepreneur, and founding the Rock Springs Retreat Center, an all-inclusive destination Wellness resort.
