Hospitals continue to bear the brunt of Covid and it will be several months before any flattening of the Covid curve will reduce the strain on ICU's, hospital beds, and employees leaving the industry because the strain of work hours and loss of life has become too much to handle emotionally and psychologically. Vaccine mandates have also pushed people out of the industry, as it has across many industries, and will continue to adversely impact hospitals and other businesses that apply a mandate.
