Social Commerce and the Role of Creators, Content, and Community with Jennifer Kye

Episode 81

Jennifer Kye is Head of Commerce at social-first marketing company GoSpooky. Born and raised in LA, as a first generation of Korean immigrants, Jennifer moved to Chicago to graduate with a B.A. in International Studies in 2008 at the University of Chicago.

Before Jennifer’s career really took off she reached a pivoting point: as a digital-native, she was triggered by the rise of social media back in 2008. Jennifer was one of the few who understood the unlimited potential of social media in its early stage.

Join us as we chat about her time as a social media manager, building a social commerce roadmap, and why brands need to invest in their social commerce roadmap now to future-proof their brand.
