Today, Massive Agent Podcast host Dustin Brohm sits down to chat with Brian Covey, Vice President of Regional Production at Loan Depot. Brian is a team building expert. After starting with one admin, Brian built a high functioning, high production team in a few short years. Dustin and Brian share a few secrets on how to go from being a solo agent or loan officer to scaling an organization of leaders. We can start by writing down our processes, then identifying key roles for the tasks. The biggest mistake team leaders make is thinking we’re the only ones who can do it right.
