We all love running in nice places, but those nice places can often be spoilt by litter and rubbish, so we thought we'd speak to Dom Ferris, the founder of Trash Free Trails because he's building a community and organisation to help make the nice places really nice again and we want in. Who would have thought littering would be such a complicated topic, but we have a good chat about why it is and what we can all do to make the outside a better place for everyone.
