Hey, girl, hey...

If you're a recovering perfectionist (like me) then you are perhaps all too familiar with the pressure to follow your diet/ meal plan, or your workout program perfectly. This kind of pressure can create so much unnecessary anxiety and stress.

To the point you feel like you just need a break..usually on the weekends when you give yourself full permission to eat whatever you want.

When you can't do it 100%, you'd rather not do it at all. Sometimes this is just for a day, sometimes a week, sometimes several months. It ends up being a cycle you keep going through.

I've been there, done that. I used to tell myself that if I couldn't get the full workout in, I might as well just pass all together.

But, if we think about it, that's kind of ironic. And doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Instead of putting so much pressure on yourself to do it perfectly, focus on doing what you can today. In this moment, at the next meal, etc. Find that happy middle ground. Stop swinging from one extreme to the next.

This is when your healthy lifestyle starts to feel doable and easy...forever. This is when you stop thinking about food so much and obsessing over all the numbers... the calories, the macros, the number on the scale.

This is exactly what I can help you with.
