Prior to joining Lion Capital, Matthew Nordby served as President of Playboy Enterprises, leading their global licensing business to over $1.5bn in annual revenue. Prior to this, Matthew served as an executive in the technology industry which included building software start-up Greenplum, acquired by EMC in 2010. He launched his career at Sun Microsystems where he held various leadership positions. Matthew received his BA from Auburn University.
