Season 1 Episode 29
This episode, the lads are joined by Ian Porter, AKA CrimSix, an American professional Call of Duty player, currently playing for the New York Subliners. As an esports competitor he has represented multiple organizations in multiple game titles, most notably representing Optic Gaming in Call of Duty and boasts 37 COD Championships, 3 World Championships and $1.3m earned during his professional career. Ian sits down with Mitch and Nathan to discuss why he hates the easily offended, how his first gun purchase ended up being a SCAR 17, if he still plays Call of Duty for fun, Mitch and Ian rant on the new Warzone map ‘Caldera’ and what has happened to the quality and care put into game design.
The guys also get into the differences between the eSports and Firearms industries, how Crim ended up being the guy to ask in his pro-gamer circle for firearms knowledge during the surge of new gun owners in 2020 and he recounts a story about a cop negligently discharging their sidearm in front of his friend group as a kid and Nathan gets into how loaning a costume to a kid for Halloween escalated to threats of a man armed with a shotgun at his door and much more!
