Today's podcast marks our 50th episode release and I was thrilled to be joined by triple Olympian and Captain of the Australian Women's Water Polo Team - Rowie Webster.

Rowie shared her experience and insights from her swimming and water polo career and interestingly what she has changed, and adapted in her approach to training and competing as she moves into her 30's. 

It was fascinating getting her perspective on leadership in her role as Captain of the Stingers and how Covid lockdown changed her leadership style.  

So many takeaways here for masters swimmers, whether pool or open water and well worth a listen.
