Sometimes we like to believe that we are in control.
That if we do enough of the right things, we’ll eventually get the results we want.
But the psalmist reminds us, “For not in my bow do I trust, nor can my sword save me.” — Psalm 44:6
We are responsible for the effort, but we can only trust God with the results.
