Episode Details

Where do you turn when you need answers? In this powerful message from How God Works, Dr. Michael Youssef warns that the wrong advice can lead you away from God's Truth and into spiritual danger.

Following the sinful example of Ahab and Jezebel, King Ahaziah sought answers from a false god instead of turning to the living God. But the Lord sent Elijah to confront his disobedience and declare His judgment.

Dr. Youssef reminds us that God will not share His glory with idols, false gods, or human schemes. True wisdom comes from trusting His Word, not following the world's advice.

This episode calls believers to:

• Seek God's wisdom before making decisions,
• Reject ungodly counsel and spiritual deception,
• Repent of self-reliance and disobedience,
• Pray faithfully for their families,
• Leave a legacy of faith and obedience.

Jesus Christ alone has the power to break Satan's chains and set His people free. When we seek His guidance and follow His Word, we build lives grounded in eternal Truth.
