Never will I support or encourage the use of face altering filters. Do you know how long it’s taken me to love and accept my goddamn face?

From hating the shape of my eyes due to being called a “chink” in primary school, to being called a “round moon head”, to my skin and all its acne and being dumped for someone else who didn’t have pimples, AND MORE!

It’s been a long ass journey for me, and I’m sure for you too. So to be in a culture that has this so readily available to us all, AND CHILDREN is not okay.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if you are a person of influence on here, stop using it and lead from the front when it comes to self love, confidence and acceptance.
