Episode Details

Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders finally have something to celebrate after a stunning 27-10 comeback win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football. Washington scored 27 unanswered points, and suddenly Dan Quinn's team has new life in the NFC East. But was this a turning point or just one good night?

On today's Commanders Squad, Nick Ashooh, former Washington wide receiver Anthony Armstrong, and David Harrison break down everything from the Eagles win and look ahead to Sunday's matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.

Topics include:

• Jayden Daniels leads the comeback: 217 passing yards, a touchdown to Stefon Diggs, and his first victory as a starting quarterback in over a year.

• Washington's defense comes alive: Five sacks of Tanner McKee, a Rasul Douglas interception, and three straight scoreless quarters for Philadelphia. Are Dan Quinn and DeRonte Jones finally finding answers?

• Major Commanders injury concerns: Jeremy McNichols' foot injury creates another problem in the backfield alongside Jacory Croskey-Merritt's absence. What does it mean for Rachaad White and Austin Ekeler?

• Life without Terry McLaurin: Treylon Burks and rookie Antonio Williams step up in the passing game. Can they become reliable weapons for Jayden Daniels?

• Commanders vs. Rams preview: Can Washington build momentum against Los Angeles in Week 9 and make a serious push in the NFC East?

The Commanders are now 2-4-1, and the season is far from over. But one win doesn't erase the penalties, injuries, and inconsistency. Is this the beginning of a turnaround for Jayden Daniels and Dan Quinn?
