Season 17, Episode 43 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Monday morning show, Alex Kozora and I get right into discussing the Pittsburgh Steelers' 27-6 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday to move to 6-2 on the season.

Alex and I discuss Pittsburgh's health coming out of its eighth regular-season game. We also discuss the team's Saturday transactions along with its pregame inactive list.

The Steelers now lead the AFC North division heading into their bye week and they're currently the third seed in the conference as well. We discuss how the odds and history state that the 2026 Steelers should ultimately make the playoffs.

After a wide-angle look at the Steelers' Sunday win against Cleveland, Alex and I focus on their play on the offensive side of the football against the Browns. We discuss Pittsburgh's play in the trenches, game plan and overall physicality and how it fueled the victory.

Alex and I spend the middle of this show talking about the play from the Steelers' offense, defense, and special teams against the Browns. We go over the effective running game, the great run defense, key stats for all units, and much more. We go over a few play calls, both good and bad, and how we saw the trap play utilized on Sunday.

We go over how the Steelers' offense used the Browns' aggressiveness on defense to their favor. Is Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers really stat hunting in the red zone? We address that question during this show.

Steelers G Mason McCormick set social media on fire on Sunday when he body-slammed Browns DE Jared Verse during an extra-point attempt. You can bet we discuss that play.

Are the Steelers a bonafide playoff team at this point? Are they a bonafide playoff team that can win a postseason game? We address those questions during this show.

The Baltimore Ravens have now lost QB Lamar Jackson for an extended amount of time, so Alex and I discuss how his loss really changes the scope in the AFC North moving forward.

This 72-minute episode also discusses several other minor topics not noted in the recap above and we end this show by answering several emails we received from listeners.
