LinearB, a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Developer Productivity Insight Platforms, launched Agentic Studio on 2 November 2026, an engineering context layer that answers leaders' plain-language questions and gives coding agents past incidents, code ownership and rework history.
Its first agent skill, effort, is in early access and matches an agent's effort and token use to each change's complexity and risk.
In 2.7 million pull requests across 253 organizations, developers using AI on at least 75% of coding days merged a median 95.7% more pull requests per week than a year earlier.
At elite organizations 79% of agent pull requests merge within 30 days against 92% for human-only changes while agent yield falls to 37% at fair organizations.
AI-assisted pull requests are 2.6 times larger and agent pull requests wait 5.2 times longer for a first review in an 8.1 million pull request dataset.
Token spend at the 90th percentile reached $35.20 per developer per coding day, up nearly 75% in three months.
Kraken cut review time at the 90th percentile by more than half in four months after using LinearB's MCP server to find its bottleneck.
