Back to Episodes99: The Four Problems Every Scaling Nonprofit Consultant Is Quietly Dealing With
Description
Your calendar is full, your clients are happy AND you are the busiest person in your own firm.
That is not the same as building one.
This fall I spent time over six weeks in three very different rooms with roughly 25 nonprofit consultants scaling their firms, from $200K to well over $1M in revenue. When I sat down with my notes afterward, the same four patterns showed up again and again. One of them surprised me. One of them most people never say out loud.
In this episode, I walk through all four and tell you exactly what I would do about each one, including a calendar test you can run this week and a number I want every firm owner to calculate. If you are in the messy middle of growing a consulting firm, my guess is at least two of these are yours.
Which pattern is yours? Send me a DM on LinkedIn and tell me.
My DMs are very active and I am a regular person, so don't be shy: linkedin.com/in/natalieeckdahl/
