On the ballot. — Cuyahoga Issue 10 DD levy, statewide Issue 3 voter ID into the constitution, Ohio’s data-center ballot fights, and NEO school levies (Strongsville, Mentor, and friends). RTA’s levy and an elected sheriff are not on the ballot.
