We kick off another episode of the Yamology Podcast with a big discussion about injuries, as OKC's season takes an unexpected hit with injuries to Chet Holmgren, Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace. How much of a problem is this for the Thunder, and how good can they really be if they can't get their key players on the floor? We also debate the NBA's growing injury problem and try to figure out whether it's simply bad luck, a correlation, or something the league needs to address. More importantly, we attempt to come up with some actual solutions.

Thankfully, it's not all doom and gloom, as we move on to some of the early-season positives. The rookies are starting to make their mark, with Cam Boozer showing plenty of promise despite some shooting struggles, Darius Acuff putting up some eye-catching numbers (and a lot of shots), and Caleb Wilson also getting plenty of attention.

We also discuss Jakob Lindbergh's impressive start with the Warriors, his growing role as a fresh face in Golden State, and his entertaining trash talk with Luka Doncic. Meanwhile, Cooper Flagg continues to impress, the Mavericks are looking better, and we ask just how high his ceiling could be.

Matt also takes a trip down memory lane with some Ja Morant 2022 highlights, we catch up on what's been happening in our own basketball lives, and finish things off with a game of iCo Game.

There's injury debates, rookie hype, questionable solutions, Luka trash talk and plenty of basketball takes from Matt, Yanni, Alex and the rest of the Yamology crew.

The injuries are piling up, the rookies are stepping up, and we're still trying to work out how to keep NBA players healthy.
