Episode Details

In the Blind is the raw, unfiltered artist-to-artist country podcast filmed inside Riley Green’s Duck Blind in midtown Nashville. Hosts Eric Gunderson and Stephen Barker Liles of CMA/ACM-nominated, platinum-selling duo Love and Theft sit down for real talk with no scripts and no polish. This week’s guest is Bryan Martin, the Logansport, Louisiana native who broke through with the triple-platinum TikTok smash “We Ride,” racked up over a billion career streams, signed with Average Joes Entertainment, and made his Grand Ole Opry debut in 2023.

Bryan grew up in a blue-collar oil-field family, worked as a roughneck, rode bulls, and did a brief stint in the Army. He has been open about his long battle with addiction, multiple suicide attempts (including one that started with a note that became his first song), rehab, relapse, and recovery. On this episode he talks about the brand-new album OD’in On A Dream (out October 30), the darkest chapter that shaped it, sobriety, trying to be a better father, divorce, the weight of success, his relationship with Music City, family, the grind, and more.
