The Sol Foundation has named partner organizations and its first speakers for its 2027 UAP symposium in Washington, March 11–13, including retired Rear Adm. Tim Gallaudet, journalist Leslie Kean, Avi Loeb and retired Col. Karl Nell, with a full day of partner-led tracks on science, aviation, experiencers, and government, policy and law. In Scotland, a Newport-on-Tay man shared footage with The Courier of a flashing green object he says dropped into the River Tay. Watch: the Department of War's brief in David Grusch's FOIA lawsuit is due Oct. 30.
