Small market Brewers win World Series

Small market Brewers win World Series

Published 2 days, 20 hours ago
Description
Baseball season is over and the Brewers are the World Series champs. They proved something that hurts the Pirates – the game may not need a salary cap system. In the smallest market in the league, Milwaukee dominated its way through 162 games and the postseason. The Brewers did it a different way and grabbed their first crown, sweeping the Dodgers on their way. What’s the excuse now? The Brewers are just smarter than almost everyone else. They beat another small market squad in the Fall Classic as both proved you don’t need a billion-dollar budget to get it done. By the way, Milwaukee has the top farm system in baseball. They are young and they are great.
