BREAKING: The Tennessee Titans are trading away superstar defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to the Chicago Bears for a massive trade haul with two first round picks. This is exactly the kind of package the Titans simply couldn't turn down. This is a bigger return than anyone expected for Simmons. This was the right move for the Titans as well, sitting at 1-6 with no hope any time soon. This team should be in a full rebuild and accepting that reality is what needed to happen as Simmons alone was not enough to change this team's fortunes. However, the fact ownership let this happen should put everyone on notice. If they are willing to bail on Simmons, they might be willing to bail on everyone.
