Despite wholesale energy costs doubling due to the Iran war, the macro-economic prognosis for this economy is still very strong. However it says that inflation will remain elevated at 3.5% on average but should fall ‘steadily’ next year. Joe takes a look into the findings with David McNamara the Chief Economist with AIB.
