Mike leverages his open voice policy to listen to his people so they can do their jobs better. They work with the elderly and they want to provide the best experience possible to their participants. Mike recognizes that his employees are there best sales people when it comes to expanding the business. He spends extra time recognizing them, thanking them for their involvement. He has gone so far as to provide them with business cards as a way to promote the business.
