Mario Cristobal flat out refused to let a reporter say the words "Notre Dame" this week, and the guys loved every second of it. Bill Belichick, on the other hand, could not stop talking about Malachi Toney. That sets up the big question of the week: if the Heisman were handed out tomorrow, does it go to Toney or Darian Mensah? We also go through where Toney already sits in the Miami record book a year and a half into his career, and how his numbers line up with Ohio State's Jeremiah Smith.

Heather Dinich floated a two-loss Miami playoff scenario on ESPN, and it did not go over well in this room. Then the guys get into whether Miami should leave the ACC and go independent with a streaming deal, and fire back at the USA Today column telling the Canes to be careful what they wish for.

After that it's game prep for Saturday night in Chapel Hill. We look at what the UNC defense gives up, set five (okay, six) over/unders for Mensah, Toney, Mark Fletcher Jr. and the defense, and each of us gives three keys to the game. Picks against the spread for Florida-Georgia, Northwestern at Oregon, Clemson at Florida State and Ohio State at USC close it out, along with our final score predictions for Miami at North Carolina.
