The Daily: Walker's overreach, Hammer retention & Burton to the Bears
Description
What's the worst that could happen? That's the question Sam Walker would have asked himself when going for that bit extra. He found out. Former NRL player Michael Buettner joins Adam Hawse to discuss the Sam Walker situation as the fallout continues. Buetts talks about the necessity of player management and contract dealing during his career. With so many players potentially on the move, the Dolphins secured a win with Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow agreeing to remain in Redcliffe. The same can't be said about Herbie Farnworth or Jack Bostock. Matt Burton's management has opened talks with the Perth Bears, and Cody Walker is set to stick around at Souths.
