Is Thomas worth a 2nd round pick in return? Is he going to get that much? The Jags’ asking price is high, but that’s the usual tactic for a team in their situation. Chris would happily trade a 2nd rounder with the ultimate belief he will end up with an NFC team. Insiders left and right are linking the player to the team, so it’s not out of nowhere. Tyler had a zinger – he wants Sidney Crosby to move to the wing, after the faceoff, of every shift. He thinks Sid’s IQ will create more offense from that spot and either Nick Robertson or Bryan Rust, upon his return, should center the line. Tyler isn’t worried about Sid meeting Father Time and this is just typical Sid out of the gate. TK thinks the old guys are still enjoying the game.
