This tea settles pale and cool, silk-soft, with a few white flakes that refuse to sink. As the water draws out colour from leaf and flower, something stays afloat, unchanged, waiting. The aroma is mint and warmth, the taste full and silky, with a brightness that lingers. A coconut is not a nut but a seed packed for a journey, sent out with everything it needs, never knowing where it will land. Some things that carry us were packed long before we needed them, by hands that never saw where we’d go.
