Episode Details

Tourniquets are one of the most common and essential pieces of equipment within our community. The amount of preventable deaths due to blood loss justifies this. Snakestaff Systems took this a step further, and made it their mission to get a tourniquet out into the world that would help not only enable those that face mortal situations in the military and law enforcement realms, but the everyday carry and well trained civilian audiences too. The ETQ they developed has won over the hearts of many with its effectiveness and small form factor. I sit down with Jefferson Colledge, the CEO of Snakestaff, and talk about the company and its mission, as well as help to share some important knowledge behind some of the common equipment we all carry, and ways that he and his team are working daily to bring better tools to us all.
