Episode Details

This is Hecate for beginners, and if you’ve been curious about working with Hecate but something in you tenses up because you love Jesus, stay with me. Keys keep landing in your path. She keeps popping up in your feed and on the shelves of every candle shop you walk into. And you keep scrolling past her like it’s nothing.

Somewhere you picked up the idea that you have to choose. Love God or light the candle. Pray or pull the card. So you call every sign a coincidence and stay put. And if you’ve been asking for a new chapter while you check on the old one every ten minutes, that’s the part keeping the door shut. A doorway is not worship, babe.

Episode Takeaways:

• Meet Hecate, the ancient Greek goddess of the crossroads, and find out why she carries a torch and a set of keys.
• Hold your faith in Christ and your work with a deity side by side, without giving up a single thing you believe.
• Hear how a jar I buried in the sand led me to my house on the water.
• Start working with her in four simple ways, none of which require burying anything on a beach.
• Discover why the dark of the moon matters and the one thing Hecate asks you never to do after you make your ask.

The woman who picks up the key stops asking permission to want a different life. She gets specific about the door she wants opened and the one she’s done with. She makes the ask, leaves the offering, and walks away like it’s handled, because it is. She doesn’t go back and dig it up. She lets the old road close behind her and follows the torch forward.
