HOUR 4 - CBS Sports puts Browns over Steelers, Trai Essex, Name Game

Published 6 days, 14 hours ago
Description
CBS Sports thinks the Browns are better than the Steelers. What they have done so far is surprising, but it feels flukier than what the Steelers have done. The Browns haven’t swept the Steelers since 1988 – only a few people at the station can even recall that year. The Browns have some nice pieces, but are they the better team? Former Steelers OL Trai Essex joined the show. Poni said he had a former player tell him Zach Frazier is playing better right now than Maurkice Pouncey in his prime. Trai isn’t so sure about that, but acknowledged that Frazier is playing at a very high level right now. Trai thinks Pouncey is a Hall of Fame player and his athleticism for the position was almost second-to-none. Trai explained what Frazier is doing so well right now to help mold that offensive line around him. Trai got into some of the struggles coming from Troy Fautanu, but thinks everything is very fixable and he is still excelling in certain areas of the game. Trai said the only mistakes he is seeing from Max Iheanachor is ‘rookie stuff’ and is mostly winning his reps. Trai said he would have celebrated if the Steelers acquired Quenton Nelson for a 3rd & 5th round pick. Name Game.
