A Reflection for When We Don’t Ask for Help
Sometimes we’re in trouble, but we hesitate to ask for help.
Maybe we’re embarrassed. Or maybe we think no one will hear us.
But Psalm 31 reminds us, ‘You hear our supplications when we cry out to you for help.’ (Psalm 31:22)
And we’ve been called to bear one another’s burdens. (Galatians 6:2)
So let us ask for help without hesitation, reservation or shame. Someone is always listening.
