Cam Ward BENCHED BY BENGALS if Tennessee Titans Lose & Mid-Season Roster Review as Optimism Exists
Description
The Tennessee Titans are 1-6 and Cam Ward is not playing great football. Ward now enters a match against the Cincinnati Bengals that could result in him seeing the bench if things go poorly. With a bye week around the corner, Mitch Trubisky would have time to get acclimated before the back half of the year. Tyler does not want to see Ward benched, but it isn't hard to see how that could be an option when there are other things working on offense like the offensive line and Carnell Tate. Those are things to be excited about no matter what. On defense, things must improve quickly as Robert Saleh's unit continues to disappoint. The pass rush fell flat again and the scheme is making things harder for the players. Saleh was hired to bring a defensive edge and was allowed to bring in a bunch of "his" guys on that side of the ball with the intention of immediate success.
