Phang vs. Blanche - The Epstein Files Transparency Act Lawsuit Part Three
Description
The Department of Justice claimed it had complied with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Katie Phang identified five alleged violations and asked a federal judge to intervene. In Part Three, I cover her motion for a preliminary injunction, DOJ's arguments for why she shouldn't be allowed to sue, Phang's response, and Judge Emmet Sullivan's decision to grant the injunction after DOJ failed to substantively address a single one of the five alleged violations.
