Can you define trust? Most people struggle to define trust. However, even if you can't define trust, I bet you know when you feel it or know when you don't feel it? But, putting trust into words is difficult for most.
Trust matters because it is the foundation of authentic influence. It's the glue that holds people together. With trust we always know, without trust we never know.
In this episode, I'll define trust, discuss the components of credibility that create trust, and share some related lessons as I introduce you to one of my favorite books. It happens to be #3 on my all-time favorite list.
