Under Secretary Quinn is the top person in the National Cemeteries Administration and he shared the importance of preregistration in order to even things out at the time of death. He spoke on many issues important to veterans and their families but the Veterans Legacy Program was dear to his hart, The VA now has a program where friend and relatives, at no charge, can leave pictures and messages to the family. All in all he was an inspiring speaker.
