God Cares About What You Do With Other People's Pain - Luke 10:25-37

God Cares About What You Do With Other People's Pain - Luke 10:25-37

Published 1 day, 18 hours ago
Description
In the parable of the Good Samaritan, a man is attacked and left wounded beside the road. A priest and a Levite pass by, while a Samaritan stops to help him. Jesus uses the story to challenge narrow definitions of who deserves our compassion.

Important Bible lesson: Compassion is not merely feeling sorry for someone, it involves responding when you have a meaningful opportunity to help.

Explore indifference, prejudice, helping strangers, and the difference between talking about kindness and practising it.

What does your faith mean to someone who needs help and you are the only person who can see them?
