Harry and Meghan returned to Nottingham for their first joint engagement since coming back — bouquets, selfies, a press rota of their own — while Harry told GQ that some people don’t want it to work out, and his spokesman spent the afternoon insisting he meant no one in particular. The same day, Charles and Camilla welcomed Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to Windsor for the first Omani state visit since 1982, with William and Kate at the banquet. Then the King, Queen and Prince of Wales went to Aberfan. Mark Francis on the week Britain saw both courts at once, and a YouGov poll that put Princess Anne first and Harry tenth.
