After a 911 caller reported a shouting match involving a woman allegedly holding a knife, police stopped Rose, who matched the description but denied having a knife. Officers arrested her on a municipal-court warrant she said was resolved, and she was charged with contempt of court, battery, assault on a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
