General Hospital spoilers tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) has a lot more than a super fan on her hands, and some recent red flags have viewers wondering whether Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is back from the dead and doing the stalking. Spencer and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) went overboard into the Seine on January 31, 2024, after Esme snuck onto the yacht to kill Trina, and neither body was found. A return would likely mean a recast, and an obsessive Spencer wouldn't be the guy fans remember.

GH spoilers reveal that Trina recently name-dropped Spencer when she told Emma Scorpio Drake (Braedyn Bruner) she isn't ready to move in with Kai, even though she was at that point with her first love. Meanwhile, as her music career with Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) takes off, someone has built a creepy fan website with Gio and Kai cut out of the photos, keeps a shrine, and has sent flowers twice "from her biggest fan." It wasn't Kai, and it doesn't seem to be Quinn (Jequan Jackson). Emma traced the flowers to an "Alan Smith," hardly a real name. The stalker can't wait to be face to face with Trina, which sounds like someone with history. Spencer Cassadine has always had a jealous, reckless streak, and head trauma could have brought the darkness back.

General Hospital spoilers indicate that someone scooped up Windermere at the police auction of Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) assets right before Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) could buy it for Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). After Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) broke the news, Valentin got suspicious. It was Spencer's boyhood home, he can't stand Valentin, and he'd need a place to hide out.

GH spoilers hint that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) might be a piece of the puzzle. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) spotted her coming to or from Paris back when she worked for Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) at the Five Poppies, and Britt adored Spencer enough to keep his secret. There's also a rumor that Kai could be harmed or even killed by Trina's stalker, which makes Trina's "plenty of time" remark feel like foreshadowing.

General Hospital spoilers suggest Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is returning from Ireland soon, possibly with Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kieran Barry) now that Sidwell is locked up. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) isn't expected to be with her. A family reunion with Laura and Ace could set the stage for Spencer, maybe right in time for November sweeps next week.
