The Counter Culture Mom Show with Tina Griffin - Befriending Pro Talks on Benefits of Connection, Curiosity and Conflict - Parfait Bassalé
Description
In a world filled with division, isolation, and pain, Parfait Bassalé is a breath of fresh air. Parfait is a singer-songwriter and author, with a huge heart for relationships and friendships. Parfait writes deeply personal songs and stories, and he focuses on the importance of healing relationships through courage, curiosity, and “unexpected” moments. He is also the author of The Way of Befriending: Transforming Relationships and Organizations for Belonging. Parfait knows what it’s like to feel like the odd one out. He grew up as an immigrant, moving constantly, which created a yearning for belonging. So many people don’t feel like they fit in, and this affects their mental health as well as their physical well-being. How can we reach out to others and embrace new friendships? Parfait will inspire you to rise to the occasion.
