How to Build a Virtual Counselling Practice Without Compromising Care | Stephanie McAlister
Published 2 days, 1 hour ago
Description
Starting a virtual counselling clinic isn't just about booking software and a website. It's about scaling access to mental health care while holding onto the clinical ethics and values that make the work meaningful. Clinical counsellor, researcher, and founder Stephanie McAlister built Virtual Connect Counselling – a Canada wide practice – and learned firsthand how to balance business growth with quality care. She shares what it takes to start and run a virtual clinic, maintain ethical standards as you grow, and navigate the real world tension between revenue and client well being. This conversation is for anyone building a mission driven health business – or considering virtual counselling as a solution. Khudania Ajay (KAJ) leads the conversation.
