Technology must bring advantage in today's customer experience landscape. Organisations depend on technology delivering gains through improved experiences and productivity. Those responsible are inspiring change are the CX Tech pioneers designing and developing systems which support clients.
We hosted ten of these CX Tech solution providers at Lexden's CX Tech Demo Days in September 2026. Each demonstrated their solution capability and answered audience questions. With such a broad term as 'customer experience' we saw an array of solutions which help either employee or customer experience.
