Baylor Bears enter “prove-it” territory as DJ Lagway faces a crucial test and both head coaches risk their jobs in a high-stakes Big 12 matchup against Kansas Jayhawks. Cam Stuart and Pete Sousa break down why Lagway’s dynamic playmaking must be balanced against costly turnovers, especially as Baylor’s elite defense emerges as a game-changer. Can the Bears’ struggling offensive line and run game find answers before it’s too late?

Key topics include the defensive efficiency of both Baylor and TCU, the offensive woes that put Dave Aranda and Lance Leipold in the hot seat, and whether Isaiah Marshall can step up for Kansas. The conversation turns toward predictions for the weekend slate, insight into basketball media days with Scott Drew and Nicki Collen, and why Baylor’s resilience could still carry them to the Big 12 title game.
