After reckless driving complaints on May 28, 2025, Wisconsin police find a 21-year-old driver beside a damaged Dodge Ram, and he later flees into a river before being taken into custody. He is charged with obstructing an officer, operating while revoked, disorderly conduct and two counts of bail jumping, then arrested again nearly a month later for alleged second-offense operating while intoxicated, operating with prohibited alcohol content and operating while revoked.
