The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of October 26 show Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) heartbroken as fans soon learn whether he loses his mom, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is playing with fire and is about to get caught by the worst person. On Wednesday, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) introduces Billy to his newborn baby girl while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) stands awkwardly by. Sally thanks Adam for delivering the baby, and he says she owes him nothing.

Y&R spoilers reveal that Chelsea Lawson Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) sees blood on Adam's clothes and assumes he got in a fight, but Adam tells her he delivered Sally's baby. He couldn't save Ava, but this time he was able to help Sally. Chelsea alerts Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and the Spectras, and Sally names her daughter Ruby, letting Billy choose the middle name. Billy holds off telling Sally about Jill's heart attack. Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) heads to London, but Billy won't leave Sally that night. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) learns she is cancer-free.

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Kyle tells Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) about Jill, and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) wants to know why he was talking to her. Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) sends Kyle to dance with Victoria, who warns him he's playing a dangerous game, then joins him in a suite at the GCAC. On Thursday, Adam shows Chelsea a different side of himself, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) grills Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), possibly over Joe's charges, and Billy makes Sally a promise before flying to Jill's side.

Y&R spoilers suggest Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has a change of heart about a rival, likely Jill or possibly Diane. On Friday, Victoria and Kyle put a risky plan in motion, perhaps not knowing that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) now owns the GCAC. Victor gives Adam some good advice, and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) changes her plans to help a family member.

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that November sweeps kicks off Thursday, October 29, and the new co-head writers' work starts airing November 11. Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) heads home while Coco Spectra (Ashley Campbell) may stay to help. Nick should deliver an update on Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow), Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) visits Matt Clark (Roger Howarth), and Detective Burrows (Matt Cohen) may have to arrest Nick. Victoria and Kyle come close to getting busted, and fans find out whether Jill, the last original character on Y&R, pulls through.
