Hath the Lord Spoken Only by Moses? — Joseph Hall on Numbers 12
Published 12 hours ago
Description
Hath the Lord Spoken Only by Moses?
Numbers 12:2
Even those closest to Moses were not free from envy. Reflecting on Miriam and Aaron’s complaint, Joseph Hall exposes the pride beneath their challenge to God’s appointed servant. Moses’ meekness teaches us to entrust our cause to God, and to remember that courage and gentleness may dwell together in the same heart.
