Days of our Lives spoilers tease that EJ and Dante Vitali (Franco LoPresti) are about to go toe to toe. Dante, the man engaged to Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney), may lie right to EJ's face and could be provoking him on behalf of his best friend, Dominic Marino. Sami announced the engagement back in November 2025. It's yet another trip down the aisle for a woman whose past husbands include Austin Reed, Brandon Walker, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and EJ himself, twice.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Sydney DiMera (Sydney Malakeh), who knows Dante best, insists her mother is madly in love with him. Sydney also told EJ that Sami will always love him, which makes sense since they share Sydney and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). Dante's close ties to Dominic are the real worry, because EJ just learned Dominic might be his brother, with Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) possibly his parents.

Days of our Lives spoilers indicate Dante meets his future in-laws, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and Marlena, this week. Since Sydney told her Dante and Dominic were boarding school roommates, Marlena may casually dig into his past. EJ, meanwhile, warns Dante not to hurt Sami while fishing for names, and when Dante says "Afraid not," EJ calls him a liar. EJ has also asked Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) to sneak a copy of the birth certificate from Marlena. Cat doesn't want to break Marlena's trust, so she's stringing EJ along.

DOOL spoilers suggest Dante Vitali's engagement may be part of a bigger plan. He reported to Dominic Marino about shutting down Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) at the poker table in Monte Carlo, then lied about how close they've stayed. Dante's bestie is a secret DiMera, he's engaged to Sami, and Sydney works for him. Once EJ learns about the friendship, he'll assume Sami is a distraction so Dominic can blindside him.

Days of our Lives spoilers hint that Dante is laying groundwork for Dominic's arrival, possibly in time for the Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) celebration of life during November sweeps. Abe and Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) floated holding it near Lexie's birthday, around November 10. Dante has surely told Dominic that EJ lost the hospital and that Dominic snapped up Victor's house, likely just to keep Stefano's other son from getting it.
